"Our family has been planting pineapples for three generations, working long days to make a living. Yi-Fang, my grandmother, married a young farmer in Taiwan. One day, Grandma Yi-Fang turned the overripe pineapples into a wonderful homemade jam. She invented the secret recipe behind our famous drink, the YiFang Fruit Tea, by adding this preserved pineapple jam to the tea she often served her husband. We named the company, and our most sought-after drink, in her honor.
With every sip, we strive to bing you the warmth and nostalgia of early-Taiwanese hospitality. We infuse each cup of tea with seasonal fruits and local ingredients, never using concentrated juice or artificial flavours. This way, we capture the same taste and experience that YiFang created all those years ago."
Work process
YiFang serves traditional fruit tea and tapioca pearl bubble drinks made only with natural ingredients. These ingredients include premium sugar cane, fresh fruit slices, cow milk, lactose-free milk and oat milk, just to name a few.

We hand braise fruit jam with our secret recipe handed down from the founder's grandmother herself. No artificial flavours are added to our drinks.

Our Philosophy
At YiFang, we strive to craft refreshingly authentic beverages that celebrates the essence of nature and the authenticity of Taiwanese fruit tea. We want to provide our customers with an experience of enrichment through flavorful drinks and a home-like feel in our shop. The main components are all 100% authentic Taiwanese ingredients which we insist on using in order to offer our customers with a feel of genuine connection to YiFang's classic and traditional flavors. This is also why we always manually prepare our jam on a daily basis to preserve the organic and authentic taste and feel of our products. The YiFang shop in Stockholm is all about transcending the vast lands of Asia to give the locals the opportunity to experience Taiwanese delicacies firsthand.
